Healing Gifts, LLC began as one person's journey to make healing more available to people who were not satisfied with their doctor's, hospitals or mental health practitioners. It is especially for those who wish to discover their own journey in life. As one who has suffered with bi-polar disorder, seizures, stress, personal and emotional trauma, I chose to think outside the box and become responsible for my own health. Through journaling, meditation, nutrition, spiritual growth, volunteering, relaxation, exercise, cranial-sacral, herbology and more, I am now prescription free. My first step was the completion of massage therapy training. This led me into a further study of how our body and brain function together to balance our lifestyles. This study began when my seizures returned 35 years later. Did you know that our primary emotions, good or bad, form before age 7? These patterns act as a computer program that runs the same emotional network until we decide to rewrite our own history. This human bio-computer is also capable of the joy and happiness that we once knew prior to harvesting the baggage so often afforded in our world today. Through the combining of techniques from both Eastern and Western philosophy we can become aware of our destructive and sabotage programs in an attempt to achieve balance and truth that will bring us back to our roots. It is my own journey that has helped me believe that heaven can reside within each of us if we but only search for it. I wish you happiness with each day of your life and offer support wherever I may.
